Tricia Santamaria Utley is the first Program Manager at the New Hampshire Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE). With a collaborative nature she loves connecting clients with resources so they can implement processes, and connections to thrive as a business owner, Tricia has spent the past four years dedicated to helping women, women of color, LGBTQIA+, and disabled entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality. Her mission is to support those with groundbreaking ideas but limited business knowledge, guiding them toward economic empowerment on their own terms.

Tricia’s journey is as rich and varied as her expertise. With over 20 years in the beauty industry, she has excelled in salon management, marketing, event planning, and operations. Her career as a licensed esthetician saw her not only delivering exceptional beauty treatments but also mentoring many aspiring licensed estheticians, helping them find their own paths to success. Before joining CWE, Tricia ran a bespoke facial and brow business for seven years, earning acclaim as a local skincare expert featured in NH Magazine’s “How to Build a Better You” in 2017.

The pandemic's challenges led Tricia to reevaluate her path, and she discovered a new calling: using her innovative skills to support others navigating their entrepreneurial journeys. At CWE, she brings her wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to helping clients streamline their processes, find their ideal clients, and connect with local resources. Tricia is known for her personal touch, efficiently guiding solo and micro-business owners as well as others through a wealth of resources with empathy and insight.

Tricia’s philosophy is rooted in individuality and authenticity. She believes in deeply understanding her clients to offer tailored support that truly anticipates their needs. Her dedication to equity and inclusivity shines through in her work, creating opportunities for women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled business owners in New Hampshire.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys streaming shows, creative activities, dancing, and connecting with friends. Her energetic personality and diverse interests align with CWE’s value of bringing joy into every aspect of life. As a Massachusetts native who now proudly calls New Hampshire home, Tricia is excited about the immense opportunities for women of color in the state, particularly as they become some of the fastest-growing small business owners.
