Madeline focuses on bridge building, collaboration, and supporting entrepreneurs to cultivate a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem for small-business owners. Prior to joining CWE, she worked across both private and public sectors, specializing in science, data analysis, business, and community development. With an undergraduate degree in environmental science and a graduate degree from the Sustainable Innovation MBA program, Madeline brings a diverse skill set to her current role. Her experience spans startups, government, and the private sector, providing her with a wealth of insights as she assists clients. At CWE, she collaborates with all the Women’s Business Centers (WBC) to deliver regional programming, ensuring seamless services for WBC and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBEs) clients while maintaining consistency across the region.
