Hi! I’m Berlhey [bur-lee] Narcisse, Director of the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE), Eastern Massachusetts Women’s Business Center. I provide strategic leadership for our center’s programs, working to empower and support women business owners. I also spearhead our center's community engagement efforts to foster strategic partnerships.

With a background in program management and operations, a love for customer experience and 8+ years in business consulting, digital design & development (counseling entrepreneurs on branding, marketing, social media and customer experience) combined with a transformative '5-day Business Mastery' seminar led by Tony Robbins, one of the top life and business strategists in the nation—my goal is to serve women business owners at the highest level.

I’m also the CEO and Founder of BÈL EDITORIAL (BÈL), a digital media and events company that revolutionizes women's empowerment and highlights creative entrepreneurs. Featured on media outlets like Boston 25 News and HuffPost, BÈL uses fashion and beauty editorial to empower women in ways that have been called “transformative” and “life changing.” At BÈL, I’ve grown our global digital audience to 20,000 and organized major media features and brand partnerships in Massachusetts, New York, Houston and New Orleans; showcasing celebrities and influencers nationwide. Additionally, I served as President of Black Women Entrepreneurs of Boston (BWE), where I drove membership growth and developed programs to support women business owners. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face, which I bring to my role at CWE.

My approach to leadership is all about emotional intelligence, inclusivity and growth. I’m excited to continue advancing our mission at CWE to empower women business owners, and make a lasting impact.

I’m Caribbean (Haitian American) and came to Massachusetts when I was just a year old. Boston is home! Outside of work and business, you’ll find me shopping for fashion and home decor, trying new restaurants and cuisines, traveling anywhere warm/tropical, skydiving in Rhode Island or whitewater rafting in Maine.
