Susan offers meals to go and catering focusing on local fare for weddings, benefit dinners, and social events at her St. Albans, VT business, Santini Catering. She bought her business after doing small catering for friends and family.

Susan first came to CWE when the pandemic hit and she enrolled in the Power Forward course. She bought her business, which included a client list, in 2015 and she currently has five part-time employees. By 2025, Susan hopes to be in a new commercial space and have a storefront business with a small catering room for intimate meals or wine tastings. When COVID hit, Santini Catering closed for five months, but CWE gave Susan the hope and knowledge to be a survivor and move forward.
