CWE Central MA&'s Project Manager for COVID Business Recovery Dawn LaRochelle was recently selected as an executive mentor in the Asian American Civic Association&'s (AACA) Asian Business Training and Mentorship Program. In this role, Dawn will serve as a dedicated mentor throughout the 5-month program, using the participants&' own businesses as case studies.

The program is the first of its kind to be designed by and for Asian-owned businesses in the greater Boston area and provides training and mentorship that is culturally and linguistically sensitive to the needs of Asian business owners.

About Dawn LaRochelle

A graduate of Duke University, Harvard Law School, and the UMass Amherst Graduate School of Education, Dawn has extensive background in law, entrepreneurship, and education. After working as a Wall Street litigator, she opened two acclaimed catering companies and an award-winning fine dining restaurant in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. After a decade in food service, Dawn served as ESL Department Chair at the MacDuffie School in Granby, MA. She is also an Alumni Mentor for the Harvard Law School Association of MA.
