"I have benefited from a number of CWE programs: QuickBooks Boot Camp, business consulting with Joe Goodman, and the CVS-Roger Williams University first Executive Learning Program for Diverse Suppliers. CWE has helped me assume a leadership role to showcase the importance of women-owned businesses in RI as when I started the state's first ever small business giving circle and developed an app that mobilized over 200,000 hours of volunteer service to help vulnerable people during the pandemic. The most significant help CWE provided in my journey was the corporate mentoring program in which I was paired with Citizens Bank."
Most of the world lacks risk mapping and risk modeling tools essential to ensure resilience. And where such tools exist, emerging risks and a changing climate are rendering them obsolete. Prisere LLC aims to fill that gap by building capacity for climate and disaster resilience with improved risk tools, including risk communications, risk mapping and software apps, training, and technical advisory services. Prisere is one of only two RI-based businesses to make this year's Forbes 1,000 list. Prisere was recognized for its philanthropy and volunteerism in RI with a "Common Good" award from the Rhode Island Foundation.
