Heather Howe is the Program Manager for the CWE Women’s Business Center in New Hampshire. She brings eight years of combined experience in communications and community programming to support folks in New Hampshire at every stage of their business development journey.

Before joining CWE, Heather worked as a Program Manager for Dive In Productions, organizing community theater events and collaborating with local business to bring the events to life. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Theater from Clark University and a Master’s degree in Advertising from Boston University. Additionally, she worked for six years in corporate communications and looks forward to using those skills to deeply understand the needs of her clients.

Heather is a New Hampshire native, originally from the Dartmouth/Lake Sunapee region and now lives in the Seacoast area. When not at work, Heather enjoys performing, hiking, game nights with friends, and snuggling with her cat Vivien.
