Our Centers
CWE Regional
The Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) is a nonprofit economic empowerment organization whose mission is to strengthen communities and the economy by supporting women in launching and successfully sustaining businesses.
At the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE), we understand that true empowerment for women entrepreneurs stems from a blend of strong local connections and broad regional resources.

CWE Regional serves as a centralized resource for our network, spanning Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. By streamlining specialized resources, we take the operational pressure off our individual Women’s Business Centers (WBCs), allowing them to focus exclusively on what matters most—you.
Our Needs Assessment revealed a clear shift in what New England entrepreneurs need to thrive. Today’s business owners are looking for growth-phase support, convenient virtual access, and on-demand content to fit their busy lives.
We heard you, and we’ve adapted. Because of our regional infrastructure, CWE has successfully expanded our growth programming while maintaining our core commitment to early-stage startups. Whether you are just putting your ideas on paper or ready to scale to a commercial level, CWE has the resources to get you there.

Partnering with your local WBC means leveraging a unique blend of dedicated support and extensive regional resources. This collaboration unlocks a wealth of advantages aimed at fostering your success:
CWE Regional does not replace your local Women’s Business Center—it amplifies its impact. By blending centralized innovation with strong community commitment, we ensure that every entrepreneur in New England has the tools, network, and access to capital they need to succeed.
