Sandra St Fleur is the Vice President of Talent and Equity at the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Formerly she was Lesley University’s Vice President for Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (VP, EIJ). As a member of the President’s Cabinet, she ensured that equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice are integrated into every aspect of Lesley University’s systems, process, and culture.

Sandra is a subject-matter expert in the field of institutional design, change management, equity and justice, leadership development, as well as diversity and inclusion. Sandra brings nearly 20 years of experience in organizational performance, culture transformation, and executive coaching in academia, health care, managed care, technology, and life sciences.

In her role as VP of EIJ, Sandra operationalized Lesley University’s deep commitment to enhancing the success of diverse faculty, students, and staff, as part of its broader goal to enrich the educational experiences and success of all members of our university community. Sandra has deep professional and educational experience in the Boston area, having directed organizational development and talent management teams at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and at Sasaki, a Watertown, Massachusetts-based architectural and planning firm with a global practice.

Sandra holds an MBA in Innovation and Global Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Boston College.
