Sandra St. Fleur Wright
Vice President of Human Resources, Boston Symphony Orchestra , Board
Sandra St. Fleur Wright is an internationally seasoned organizational development and talent management leader with a 15-year track record of contributing to the growth and sustainability of organizations. She is originally from Haiti and is fluent in French. Currently, she is the vice president of human resources at the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Her career includes working as a vice president at Lesley University and, prior to that position, as the senior director of organizational development and learning at UCLA Health where she built a world-class team of training, learning, and organizational development experts to deliver leading-edge patient care, research, and education.
She has worked at Management Science for Health in the human resources department as well as in the Office of the Chief Executive where she built teams to enhance local ownership in Haiti, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwanda.
I am committed to helping foster an environment that assists women entrepreneurs in having access to contracting opportunities, obtaining capital, and training resources to scale and grow their businesses.
