Olivia is a Director at National Grid, working to progress a clean, fair, and affordable energy transition out of Boston/Waltham. Before National Grid, Olivia spent 5 years at Parthenon-EY in San Francisco, focused on growth strategy and commercial diligence in the grid/enterprise technology and consumer sectors. Olivia spent the beginning of her career in corporate sustainability and renewable energy policy. Olivia is passionate about developing teams and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Olivia received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (cum laude) at Middlebury College in Vermont and an MBA/MS in Sustainable Business from the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where she specialized in renewable energy policy. In addition to her Board role at CWE, Olivia is serving as gala co-chair for the third year and is a member of the RI Center Advisory Board. Olivia has served on alumni and planning committees for her alma maters, including The Spence School in New York City. Olivia and her husband Chris live in Providence, RI with their dog Philo. In her free time, Olivia can be found hiking, doing yoga or playing tennis.

Olivia’s first exposure to CWE was via a consulting engagement, where her team supported CWE in exploring how it could use its rich data on women entrepreneurs to advance research on the impact of women entrepreneurs on self, family, community, and economy. She had the privilege of interviewing many of CWE’s clients and heard first-hand about the transformative and positive impact of being a women entrepreneur. She also heard over and over about the impact CWE – its centers, programming and community – has had on its clients entrepreneurial journey. Olivia believes that when women succeed (whatever that means to them), so do their families, their communities, and the local economy. She is excited and humbled to bring her energy and experience to an organization that she knows has a direct and profound impact on the lives of women pursuing entrepreneurship.
