Jaime is the North American General Manager for Champion Petfoods, a Mars Inc., company. She has extensive experience in Consumer Products, particularly in business transformation including scaling organizations, turnarounds, and high-growth start-ups. Jaime’s functional expertise is in innovation, e-commerce, global supply chain, marketing, and sales. As a successful intrapreneur, she is also skilled at developing entrepreneurial teams and high engagement cultures. She previously worked at JDE Peets, as CEO of JDE USA. Additional experience includes Keurig Dr. Pepper, PepsiCo, and Unilever.

I’ve had the very fortunate opportunity of being helped and mentored by many women over the course of my career. CWE does exactly this, in a structured and formal environment focusing on women who are in the initial phases of business creation. I also love that CWE provides training and support for women in lower or moderate income brackets. The CWE team is best in class at fueling economic growth for local communities through advancing women owned business, it is an absolute pleasure to be on the Board.
