What inspired Colleen's business?
Colleen started her business after being laid off to take control of her career, leveraging her 15 years of coaching and training experience. She saw an opportunity to transition her side hustle into a full-time endeavor, fueled by her desire for autonomy and impact.

Colleen's business, Maxady, works with all types of businesses - from Fortune 500 to small start-ups to local nonprofits. Her favorite groups to work with are women-led companies and teams, women employee resource groups, typically male-dominated industries (i.e. engineering, tech, financial), and small businesses on a growth trajectory. She offers training and executive coaching services aimed at transforming businesses by first transforming individuals. With a focus on strengths-based and inclusive approaches, Maxady is a women-owned company with a diverse team, driving organizations toward their missions while prioritizing employee engagement, leadership development, and job satisfaction.
