Rhonda Sargent is an accomplished organizational leader and entrepreneur, serving as President and owner of Lamont, Hanley & Associates, Inc., a Manchester, New Hampshire-based firm specializing in commercial accounts receivable management and debt collection services. With more than thirty years of experience driving operational excellence, Rhonda is recognized for her unwavering commitment to professionalism and ethical business practices.

She co-founded Lamont, Hanley & Associates in 1991, envisioning a firm that would elevate standards of integrity and customer service in a challenging industry. Rhonda assumed sole ownership of the company in 2017 and has continued to lead the company through economic shifts and industry evolution, cultivating a culture that values accountability, and continuous improvement. Today, Lamont, Hanley & Associates employs nearly 60 professionals and delivers customized solutions to clients nationwide.
