Why CWE?

I believe in doing the work needed to build the community, resources, programs and overall path to elevate women. Providing the opportunity for women to lean in and learn how to build their business, be their guide and beacon while they create and elevate is extremely rewarding. Economic empowerment for women builds independent, confident leaders that bring others up with them. My goal and passion has been to work with women to better their lives and create the opportunity to improve their position. Working with CWE over the years has proven to be a rewarding experience. Attending the Gala and listening to the success stories is the reward for the work well done.
