Debbie has over twenty-five years of experience working with non-profits in a variety of roles where she has increased her responsibilities throughout her career.  As the Director of Development & Events at CWE, Debbie manages organizational events, works closely with the President & CEO to retain and increase individual giving, and manages organizational pipelines.

Prior to joining CWE, Debbie was the Development Coordinator in the Office of Institutional Advancement at Becker College where her passion for fundraising, event management and development grew. Throughout her career, Debbie has managed the Raiser’s Edge database and was an integral part of the development team coordinating events such as golf tournaments, cultivation events, fundraisers, and conferences.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management. Her entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional interpersonal skills combined with her proficiency in database and event management has prepared her for her role at CWE.

Debbie’s other interests include playing golf, going to the beach, kayaking and spending time with family.
