What inspired Tiana’s business?
Tiana founded Tiana V Consulting in 2023 after witnessing too many powerful ideas and technologies get derailed by weak leadership or misaligned collaboration, especially as startups scaled. She created her business to leverage her strengths in team-building, communication, and organization, helping climate tech and sustainability companies thrive. Her mission? Empower teams solving the climate crisis so they can build a just and livable planet.
