What inspired Jessi's business?
She was inspired by the challenges of the pandemic, particularly the burnout faced by healthcare heroes and the effects of the Great Resignation. She wanted to help leaders create better workplaces with less stress and more empowerment. Jessi’s vision was fueled by her desire to address toxic workplace cultures and improve the well-being of employees and leaders. In 2020, she began developing JKirley Collective to foster healthier, more collaborative environments where individuals could thrive professionally and personally.

Jessi helps business leaders build better workplace cultures. Jessi begins with a vision and strategy to create a roadmap; then through leadership coaching and team building programs fosters better communication, better leadership, better collaboration, and better outcomes for the organization.
How CWE Has Helped Jessi
CWE provided her with business advising to create a solid business plan and secure startup funding from Common Capital. CWE hosted her first workshop in October 2020, supported her participation in the Power Forward program in 2023, and guided her through obtaining WBENC certification in 2024. These resources and connections have empowered Jessi to grow her business, secure additional funding, and expand her team, all while fostering meaningful community and professional relationships.
