This year’s theme is Accelerate! It's your chance to share your unique story and showcase the impact you’re making, all while effectively communicating your vision and what sets you apart.

Exciting News! The CWE Regional Round is now open! Here is how you can participate:

Submit your three-minute pitch video by Tuesday, July 15, 2025. A select group of up to 16 applicants (8 product-based and 8 service-based businesses) will be invited to pitch on September 17^th.

The rewards are fantastic! 

Not only could you be one of the four finalists who advance to the national semi-finals—two from each category (product-based and service-based — 

• Regional-round winners will also receive a $1,000 cash prize!
• Both winners and runners-up will enjoy:
  • A complimentary ticket to the CWE Summit on October 30^th
  • A waiver for next year’s WBENC recertification fee
  • Two additional sessions with our support team to help you prepare for the semi-finals.

And the stakes get even higher! The top two National Pitch Winners will walk away with $25,000!  Plus, the runners-up will receive complimentary tickets to the 2026 WBENC conference.

Remember, the first round of pitches will be hosted by CWE via Zoom on September 17, 2025, so don’t delay.

Helpful Tips

• Join the WBENC Academy prep sessions
• Attend a live prep session with CWE and AIM on June 17
• Focus on explaining the need/problem that your business is addressing
• Explain why your approach is unique
• Reach out to CWE for prep help - info.Regional@CWEonline.org!
• Position yourself in front and center of the camera
• Include props if you'd like

• Applicants notified if they are advancing to the Regional Round: July 30
• Regional Round Pitch Day (Virtual):
  • Product: September 17, 2025, 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
  • Service: September 18, 2025, 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
• National Semi-Finals (Virtual): October 27 and 28, 2025
• Finals: Virtual on Zoom in November (date to be announced)
