Steps to Start a Business (Lyndonville) - CWE VT - Aug 15
Do you have an idea for a business (maybe you’re already making a few sales on the side!) and feel overwhelmed? Do you wonder, “I think I’m supposed to be…” and want some guidance on where to start?
In this workshop, you’ll work through some of those freak-out questions you have and you’ll start to understand how to answer them.
- A framework for contextualizing your questions & prioritizing answers
- How to register with the Secretary of State
- Overview of legal structures, insurance, and accounting questions
- How to choose a business name
There will be time for open Q&A on things like financing your business, protecting yourself and your clients, and much more!
You’ll leave with a clear idea of the resources and immediate next steps you can take to start your business journey.
