Ashley has spent 20 years helping her clients to reimagine brands and experiences, shaping the moments that matter with customers, workforce, and partners. Ashley is deeply passionate about building trust, enabling businesses to create value, and stronger connections with people and markets.
Ashley has lived and worked in more than 40 countries and has a strong sense of global community. Ashley is an active author and speaker, and her work and ideas have been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, AdWeek, and Skift as well as in conferences such as CES, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, and the Five9 CX Summit.
According to the female quotient, it will take 99.5 years to achieve global gender equality at the current pace of change. This is too long and WE CAN’T WAIT. When you add more women to any equation, you get more profitable growth, faster innovation and stronger leadership. I am privileged to be a champion of women and DE&I in my role as a practice leader at Deloitte, but I also recognize that I am helping a privileged group. I was immediately drawn to CWE as a way to help less privileged women on a broad scale to become personally and professionally successful.
