The workshop is designed to help existing business owners learn how to be more strategic, effective and efficient in designing and implementing their marketing plan. Participants are encouraged to bring marketing materials for discussion. Topics will include:

• Rational vs. emotional marketing
• Cross channel marketing
• Audience segmentation
• The calculation of return on investment
