In this second phase, you will work with other business owners and our experts to prepare a business plan, determine the feasibility of your business concept, understand and organize your financial documents, market yourself and your business, reach your target customers, and find options for financing your business. We will help you create a viable, funding-ready business plan. We will also help you identify solutions to typical start-up problems and challenges. You will learn step-by-step how to start and run your own business efficiently and effectively. This course includes class time as well as one-on-one consulting sessions. Access to a computer and knowledge of MS Word and Excel is recommended. Fourteen 3-hour classes for $550. Partial scholarships available for those who qualify.
