Passionate about women's empowerment and racial equity, Berlhey is the Founder of BÈL EDITORIAL; a media brand that uses digital technology to empower black women. Her professional background is in Program Management (PM), Web and Graphic Design, and Customer Experience. With over 7 years of experience in PM, her specialty lies in process improvement, quality assurance, and retention. Using an empathetic and innovative approach, she has trained hundreds of employees on communication and conflict resolution. Known for her resourcefulness, Berlhey believes there is no problem that cannot be solved.
Berlhey has worked with several entrepreneurs in Massachusetts as the former President of Black Women Entrepreneurs of Boston, managing its networking events and Facebook Community. She has also managed the websites, social media campaigns, and digital content for several entrepreneurs in the city. She facilitated a workshop bridging education and entrepreneurship for The Youth Leadership Symposium at KIPP Academy Boston, alongside Massachusetts State Rep Liz Miranda and former Deputy Director of Action for Boston Community Development, Irvienne Goldson. Berlhey is an alum of The Work Force Program in Cambridge, MA; a comprehensive educational enrichment and work-readiness program, and was their 2018 Keynote Speaker and Guest Job Fair Speaker, introducing youth to entrepreneurship.
The most transformative experience that she credits to propelling her business forward was her attendance at the ‘5-day Business Mastery’ hosted by Tony Robbins' the nations top life and business strategist. The experience gave her a refreshing perspective on entrepreneurship where she fully embodied the notion that anything is possible.
